Mike Martin is an executive coach, business leader / coach, and strategic / management consultant. He believes in the entrepreneurial spirit and helping businesses and business leaders get the most out of their efforts so they can work smarter and more effectively. He brings his 30 years of entrepreneurship, business development, and management consulting, business process optimization, and technology consulting experience to his coaching practice. Throughout his career he has worked across industries with over 150 organizations such as Lockheed Martin, AT&T, Xerox, HSBC, Louisiana State University, Macy's IBM, Oracle, and many others.

• I invented a software product called the Data Masking Factory which works with IBM Data Privacy software.
• I am an accomplished musician and drummer, have music on streamlining platforms, and have studied with several famous drummers from Styx, Journey, Cindy Lauper, The Hooters, They Might Be Giants, Toad The Wet Sprocket, and more. I run a drum lesson website and YouTube channel called Top Down Drumming.
• I used to live in Manhattan and was close with the VP of Talent at MTV, I was able to attend various movie screenings/premiers and met several quite famous people and I was able to watch the ball drop from the roof of my building in Times Square

A lifelong learner and mentor, I use the engineering mindset to understand "how things work" in life, in science, technology and business.
