Veronica is the COE and Founder of PC Consulting; PC Consulting is a strategic Salesforce consulting firm that helps medium to large sized organizations in Northern America implement Salesforce. Veronica's #1 goal while servicing her clients is to help them optimize their sales processes, team, and sales tools through automation and training. Veronica began her Sales Operations career as the Sales Operations Manager at Microdesk and continued on to become the VP of Sales Operations for SFE Partners before starting her own consulting firm in 2022. Veronica received her bachelor’s degree in business management and her master’s in project management from Southern New Hampshire University.

I’m known as the “Kevin Bacon” of the Salesforce Ecosystem because of the vast number of people I’m connected to within the ecosystem. If you are looking for a specific individual, chances are I either know them, or I know someone who knows them.

I met my wife online, back in early 1999 – before dating sites existed. We met in a chat room, met in person about one month later and got married just under 3 months after that. We like to tell people to be careful who you meet online, because you can meet a lot of freaks, and you might just marry one!
